  10.      FOR GOOD CONSIDERATION, and in consideration of my being
  11. employed by _ [Company], I, the undersigned, hereby agree that
  12. upon my termination of employment and notwithstanding the cause
  13. of termination, I shall not compete with the business of the
  14. Company, or its sucessors or assigns.
  15.      The term "not compete" as used in this agreement means
  16. that I shall not directly or indirectly own, be employed by or
  17. work on behalf of any firm engaged in a business substantially
  18. similar and competitive with the Company.
  19.      This non-compete agreement shall remain in full force and
  20. effect for _ years commencing with the date of employment
  21. termination.
